Refund Policy

1. General Statement

At Parul Rastogi NLP Coaching, we strive to provide the highest quality of wellness and relationship coaching. Because our services involve dedicating time and personal attention specifically to you, our refund policy reflects the commitment required from both the coach and the client.

We ask that you carefully read this refund policy before booking any 1-on-1 NLP appointments or purchasing coaching packages.

2. Individual Coaching Sessions

• Completed Sessions: Once a 1-on-1 coaching session has been completed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. The fee covers the time, expertise, and guidance provided during the session.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice. If you cancel your session with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time, you may request a refund for standard single sessions.
• Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the full fee for that session remains payable, and no refunds will be issued.
• No-Shows: Failing to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee. No refunds will be provided for missed appointments.

3. Multi-Session Packages

When purchasing a bundled package of NLP coaching sessions in advance, you are securing a commitment to your long-term growth and receiving a discounted rate.

Partial Refunds: If you choose to discontinue coaching before your package is completed, you may request a refund for the unused sessions. However, the sessions you have already completed will be retroactively calculated at the standard, single-session rate, rather than the discounted package rate. The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded to you.

Refund requests for multi-session packages must be made in writing via email.

4. Workshops and Group Programs

For any group workshops, seminars, or specialized NLP training events, refunds are generally only available if you cancel at least 7 days prior to the start date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are strictly non-refundable due to the limited capacity and preparation required.

5. Coach Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that the coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling the appointment to a mutually convenient time or receiving a full refund for that specific session.

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue. We aim to process approved refunds within 5-10 business days.
